There are so many decisions ahead—applying to college, choosing a major, and determining a career path. Through multiple assessments, such as TruMotivate, CliftonStrengths, Myers-Briggs, and the Strong Interest Inventory, students identify their motivations, strengths, personality, and career interests to make the best decisions for their future. From their discoveries, students learn how to apply these areas in high school to set themselves up for success in college and a career down the road. 

Through this 6-week coaching program, students will:

• Discover the best direction for their future 

• Identify their strengths and how to put them into practice

• Explore potential colleges and majors 

• Take ownership of the college and career exploration process
