Steph’s highest career calling is in authoring or contributing to books, chapters, articles, and monographs on topics such as purpose, calling, vocation, millennials, Gen Z, career development, and leadership. Digging into Insights
Steph has extensive experience in conducting qualitative research, including in-depth interviews, ethnography studies, and focus group facilitation. Previous nation-wide research projects include: vocational development, children's educational and spiritual formation, and a national nonprofit's strategic target audience. Other topics she is suited to support are vocational development, vocational discipleship, talent development, purpose, and calling.
